China As A Top Tourist In Bali

Since January, Chinese tourists have begun arriving in Bali on charter flights in the wake of the pandemic.

As of April 2023, Chinese tourists ranked third in international tourist arrivals in Bali (25,383), followed by Australia (106,820) and India second (36,278).
Also, according to the migration service for 2022, 70,001 people received a residence permit in Bali, of which 29,762 are Russians.

The positive dynamics of the flow of tourists from China, Australia, and India, as well as a significant increase in obtaining a residence permit will certainly increase the demand for renting and buying real estate in Bali, which will favorably affect the profitability of investors.
