Located on the southern coast of Bali, like many others Bali neighborhood of Canggu also has its gimmicks that make Canggu attractive. There are so many things to explore and do in Canggu, here are a few things that you could do in Canggu:

  • Surfing on one of Canggu's best beaches
    Canggu is known as a surfer's paradise, since there are several best surf spots in Bali located here, such as; Echo Beach, Batu Bolong Beach, and Berawa Beach. Don't worry even if you are a beginner or even if it is your first time surfing, there are a lot of surf courses and instructors that will teach and guide you on how to ride the wave!
  • Yoga
    Imagine doing yoga in a serene environment and fresh ocean air. Canggu is the perfect place to relax and unwind on a buzzing crowded street. There are a lot of popular yoga studios located in Canggu like Thee Practice and Serenity Yoga. Also, you don’t need to worry about your level of expertise in Yoga, there is a class for everyone!
  • Enjoying Sunset or Sunrise
    Whether you are a morning person or a night owl, there's always something mesmerizing about watching the sun rising or setting down past the horizon. Canggu is known as one of the best places to enjoy sunset or sunrise in Bali. The most popular spot to enjoy this view in Canggu is Echo Beach, but if you are down to travel a bit further Canggu Tanah Lot temple which is an ancient temple that sits on a rock formation in the ocean offers a stunning view of the sunset that is only short distance from Canggu.
  • Café (and restaurant) hopping!
    Home to plenty of trendy places serving breakfast brunch lunch through dinner. You could never go wrong with brunch or sippin coffee to help you start a day. Honorable mentions to some of the best places; Milk & Madu, BAKED, Good Mantra (Plant-based), Monsieur Spoon (French Bakery), BGS Bali, Miel Coffee, Revolver Espresso. Thinking of doing some fancy dinner or lunch? Canggu also has that! Few places that are worth trying while you're in Canggu; Sa'Mesa, Sensorium Bali, Alma Tapas Bar, Chow Chow, Uni Restaurant & Bar, Ulekan, Ona, and Milano.
  • Nightlife in Canggu
    You got outdoorsy, you got a beautiful view, you got amazing food, what else we haven't covered? Ah of course we cannot talk about Canggu if we're not talking about exploring the nightlife here! Beach clubs, night market, night market you named it Canggu has it. Famous beach clubs such as Finn's and ATLAS both are located in Canggu. Canggu also has a night market “Love Anchor Canggu” that starts around 5 pm until midnight and offers a variety of local and international cuisine.
